Condition:Publishers black cloth boards, gilt title tot spine, masonic compass and square encircled in oval decorative blind stamp to covers, spine edges frayed with head of spine missing along with 1″ tear to both sides along spine, corners exposed, binding is tight, a few pages with spotting but all pages are clean of any writing, all plates present, overall in Good condition only due to exterior flaws
