Giovanni (1st edition) non-holo rare from the Pokemon Gym Challenge series, 2000.This trading card comes signed by voice actor Ted Lewis on 31-07-2023 during a private signing in Manchester (England) that we organised for all you Pokemon fans out there!!Ted Lewis voiced a variety of characters in anime shows like Pokemon (Gengar, Snorlax, Giovanni, Tracey Sketchit and James), Yu-gi-oh! (Yami Bakura, Bandit Keith) and One Piece (Merry, Dalton) and many many more!!Inscribed “Team Rocket is Evil”.The card is signed with a neon green paint marker on the front side of the card.The card was graded on November 19th of 2023 by PG Grading at Heroes Dutch Comic Con.
