A scarce true first edition of Swinburne Clymer’s Occult Science of Hidden Forces in the first print binding variant. Although later prints are quite common, first editions are hard to find.

The author, Reuben Swinburne Clymer, blends early psychical research with esoteric interpretation. It aims to demonstrate that so-called supernatural phenomena are, in fact, natural forces not yet fully understood, and that the human mind can harness these forces through training, will, and spiritual development.
