Scarce First American Edition, not often found in such condition. No authorship is present but the book was written by Raymond Armin (Leo) who would later form the Emin Society, a spiritual movement based on his works. Journalist William Shaw would later refer to the movement as a ‘cult’ in his ‘Spying in Guru Land: Inside Britain’s Cults ‘ (1995)

The book contains a series of conversations between a pupil and his master “These exchanges, 32 in number, mark the passage of the student from his day-dream madness into a man, strong and gentle, of quality, substance and some very great account. Frown Strong’s insistent teachings push and pull his pupil through the pitfalls of development – forever displacing that truth cannot be fetched – it comes when you make demand of it and that what are understood to be answers in the world are not the real answers but merely answers of convenience.”
