William Lilly’s classic and definitive work on horary astrology, “Christian Astrology,” which was originally published in 1647. This publication was “divested of the superstitions of the seventeenth century,” and “adapted and improved,” for use in the present day by Richard James Morrison (1796-1874) writing under his pen name of Zadkiel. Morrison, a British astrologer, is perhaps most well known for annual “Zadkiel’s Almanac,” which was first issued in 1831.
